Web-based training is still an excellent way of conveying learning content asynchronously and reaching a broad target group. However, if we want this format to be successful for learners and companies today, we need to rethink the concept.

The template file 2.0 actively supports the design and implementation of crisp, sustainable web-based training courses.
It promotes conceptual thinking in small, didactically sensibly structured learning units and offers interactive templates and elements as well as specific didactic recommendations.

The template file 2.0 consists of different, varied, strikingly named templates that are assigned to the four relevant phases of didactic communication:

Das System
The result is a „construction kit“ from which you can put together the templates as you need them for your topic. In this way, you can ensure that the relevant didactic phases are covered even for small learning units. The assignment is of course only a didactic recommendation. You can freely combine the templates with each other.
You can also design the templates themselves more flexibly than with the standard template file. We also use placeholder templates to which you can add the elements you need in a predefined grid. These elements are also part of the modular system.
